What is BBCode
BBcode (bulletin board code) is the simplified version of html used to add formatting to messages. Below is a table showing some of the bbcode that you can use on this site.

How do I contact the snowmoon staff
To contact a snowmoon member of staff please either send an email to admin@snowmoons.com or send a pm.
I submitted a game but it doesn't appear on the top page!
Your submissions don't become active instantly. They have to be accepted by an Administrator or an Moderator.
When your submission gets accepted it will appear on the front page and the submissions list!
I changed the css/personal content but it doesn't appear on my userpage!
Just like with submissions your personal page content has to be accepted.
This system is made to make the site more secure and to allow users to add more to their userpages
like flash players, images etc.!

How do I reorder the left menu?
To reorder the menu items on the left, go to Site Settings and under the category 'Left bar positioning' you can change the order in which the menu items appear in.
Help, the file manager wont work?
If the file manager wont work, then you may not have the latest version of flash. You can either Download the latest version of flash or disable the flash file upload on the Site Settings page.
